It's That Time of Year Again
I put the 951 in storage for the winter.
Sta-bil in the gas tank. Car up on blocks. Battery on charger (special charger that reads voltage and only charges as needed--not a continuous trickle charger). Silca Gel packs in the interior. Car cover on it and parked in the third garage bay... I let my best friend drive it today. (A big move on my part.) He has a 911E and a WRX. He likes the 951 better.

with a gas stabalizer in the tank, would you need to drain that out come spring? or do you just drive it off?

I think your nuts! I am trying very hard to get my car ready to drive the 1500 mile round trip in order to make the Pelican meet at the Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee in 2 weeks. I also live 250 miles north of you.

I'm thinking about doing the same, although im gonna pull the motor this winter. Normaly i'll keep it on the road yr round.

I've got a busy work/social schedule the next month and I needed to get it into storage before snow.
I wasn't going to be driving it much the next few weeks anyway and I have to get it into storage by November 1st because of my insurance policy.
