Boost Gauge

Where does the boost gauge connect to get it's reading?

Both my aftermarket and stock boost gauges read atmospheric.

I was hoping to connect the vacuum hose back up to make them both work...

However, I'm having trouble locating it.

There is a white vacuum line (pretty stiff one) coming from the back side of the intake, this goes through the firewall to the KLR computer, and gives the stock boost gauge it's signal. Your aftermarket boost gauge may be hooked up some place else if it is hooked up at all. The best suggestion I can give you is to find the line coming from the aftermarket boost gauge and track it down. Then splice it into the KLR. You'll need a straight through junction fitting if the aftermarket boost gauge was tapped into another line. Make sure the fitting is the right size. Pull out the T and put in the straight through fitting. Then put small zipties around the vacuum lines on the fitting. Now the question of where to splice in to the KLR line will have many answers. Last car I had I spliced close to the intake and routed the line for the meter inside the car. This time the car has a boost gauge I'm going to reloacate from the console to a pillar pod. So I will need more line, and I'm going to go under the dash and spice into the line close to the KLR.

The KLR computer is the ECU under the passenger floorboard right?

Both the DME and the KLR are under the passenger floor board, that is correct.

I found my issue.

There is a bolt on the intake that holds on the vacuum hoses for the boost gauge and one other thing...

Unfortunatly, I don't know where the other vacuum line goes.

Any ideas?
