Looks like it got hit in the front passenger corner which ruptured the fuel tank or some of the fuel lines. I would think 3 of the 4 would be good still.

thats not where the accident happened, the car was moved there, no debris around the car, or melted plastic under thecar,does the Moscow police just leave 1oo,ooo$ dollor cars on street for parts, or don't they have AAA there, ya think
