Advice on 996 purchase

He everyone,

A friend is contemplating buying an '03 coupe. It has around 63K on the original engine. Can anyone provide any advice on any weak areas on that model year? He is going to look at the car on Saturday. He is having a PPI, but he wants to be informed about any potential issues.
