Pre sale inspection in Louisville KY

Hi Can anyone help me with a recommendation for a good place in Louisville to get a pre sale inspection on a 2000 Carrera 4 Cab? Here is a list of the items I want to have checked.

1.Check for oil leaks. In particular the rear main seal and the intermediate shaft bearing. Were the updates done for the RMS and IMS?
2. Check the front steering rack and boots for leaks.
3. Check the coolant tank and cap for leaks. Was the update done for this?
4. Transmission. Does the car shift smoothly. Please test 2nd gear especially for smoothness.
5. Brakes - how much wear? Do they need pads? Rotors?
6. Clutch - Does it feel solid? Please do a 3rd gear test (from a stand still) to check for slippage.
7. Electronics - Please check all switches and all systems to ensure in working order.
8. Window regulators - Please check the normal operation and make sure they snug up and down on door close.
9. Scan the OBD Computer for Type II over-revs.
10. How much tread is left on the tires?
11. Compression and leakdown test.
