Difficult shifting to 1st ......
Had a new Pressure Plate & clutch installed on my '05 997S a few weeks back.
Periodically I have difficulty shifting to 1st from a green light for example..... Is it possible that I need a shift linkage adjustment. It feels like its stuck between 1st & 3rd and can't find 1st. Thanks for help & info. |

Its turn out that 1st & 2nd gear sycros wear badly worn.
Had them replaced with new guides (covered under CPO) Seems to have done the trick......... |

I have a similar problem and fear that I may need to same...clutch and synchros.
If I can ask, do you know what the total cost was?
