How much mileage on plugs/O2/air filter? Are they putting ethanol mix in the gas? I replaced my O2 sensors @ about 110K and got about 1 more MPG in city.

It has a K&N air filter installed. So it was possible some of the oil coated the mass air flow sensor so I checked and cleaned it and that had no effect. I suppose changing the plugs wouldn't hurt. The car has 27k miles on it. Also had a mech read any codes that may have cause an error but no codes appeared. my first thought is maybe some module linked with the computer may not be working properly. Northewest gas does use ethanol.

11-12mpg at the track would be great!
![]() That said, while ETHANOL is a part of your life, are there any other reformulations of gas in the PNW? Have you noticed an MPG drop in your other cars to point to a seasonal change of some type? is it particulalry colder or has your use changed (ie, commuting vs open weekend drives?)
