Newbee - 1999 C4 Tiptronic Turbo conversion

I just bought my 996 this weekend to add to my fleet. Definitely a huge improvement from my old school 84. Love the way it rides. Feels really good from 3k RPMs. Any suggestions on low end throttle response improvements. if does have a K&n cold air intake. Also considering "TPC Racing Turbo Conversion Kit Porsche 996 C2 01-05", at this point I don't know if this will work on a 99. Look forward to input.
