Warning chime at 12mph
I have a 99 Carrera Cab with a strange problem. Each time the car crosses the 12mph mark the chime sounds twice. This happens every time without fail. I can go real slow and it will sound at exactly 12mph or fast with same result
Does anyone know what may cause this? The chime is the same one that sounds for seatbelt, lights on etc. Please help |

The "speed alert" in your onboard computer is set at 12 MPH, reset it to a higher speed and your problem is solved................

Your owner's manual explains how to set the "chime" for any mph or disable it. |
