Angry Spoiler boot removal

How do you remove and replace the rubber accordion bellow on the spoiler for a 1999 996 Carrera 911 Cab?:

Garage
It should be similar to my '99 coupe.
on the metal retainer with rivets at each end, drill or shear them off then slide it to the side.
the other one just has press on clips from the back side. Gently pry them off.

There are a couple of DIY's floating around on other boards.

It is pretty easy and fairly straight forward. I would say that the 996 is much easier than my 993 was.
