Metallic Clicking noise from rear wheel 996 Need Help

Have a metallic clicking noise at low speed from the rear back drivers side wheel of my 996 Turbo, this is what I have done so far.
Replaced discs & pads and mounting hardware, replaced e brake shoes, checked wheel for cracks, checked for something in tires, checked to see if heat shield was in contact with hub.
They car is lowered with H & R coilovers by 1 1/2",
Any help will be much appreciated the noise is on the driver side, 1 click every rotation driving me nuts......

Could it be a CV joint? I just discovered that the stub axel has a hole all of the way through the center into the joint. I don't run caps on the wheels since its s track only car and I just had one side rust up and start clicking. I hose the wheels off after every event and I'm guessing I rinsed the grease out.

The exact thing happened to me with my previous car, a G35. I had a metallic clicking sound, once per revolution. I only heard it at low speeds. I took it to my tire shop for an inspection. When they removed the tire from the wheel, they found the inside valve stem nut loose in the tire. When rotating slow, it hit the metallic rim once per revolution. At high speeds, it was forced to the outside by centrifugal force.

I know it's a mundane thing... but did you check the center caps for "snugness"? Mine where a bit loose so I wrapped em (on the interface surface) with eletrical tape and pressed them back in with my hand. Now no rattle.
