Anybody recognize this bad sound?
When I give power, 1300RPM and up to the car the sound vanish.
I have change;
Belt drive bearings.
Timing Chain Tensioners.
Bearings in the generator.

Can It be the;
The timing chains?
One Hydraulic lifter?
The Oil pump?

I listen to it yesterday.It is very difficult to tell from a video.. I would get a mechanics stethoscope and try to pin point it with that. If you think it is internal I would remove the oil filter and check for metal before revving the heck out of the engine to find the noise. Did you say this was a turbo car? (Dual mass fly wheel will make noise if bad) You said the noise went away when you rev the engine. I remember doing a few cracked fly wheels that displayed that symptom.

Now that I have listen to it a couple of times. I would put a stethoscope in the area of the fly wheel. Only take a few minutes. Just a guess. None of us are there.

Take the accessory drive belt off and run it long enough to hear if it stopped. Don't run the car long without the belt. This will eliminate or help pinpoint the noise. If it is still there then it is not water pump, idlers etc... And you will need to dig deeper.
