I have an '06 Carrera S, and it's rapidly getting more difficult to release the steering lock, so the car won't start. Yesterday, it twice took nearly 30 minutes to get it unlocked so I could start the car. The key also can be pulled out at any time. Is this the ignition part that I need? The article that you link to here is mainly about the 996. Can you help me get what I need?
