repair or replace wood trim???

2002 996 Twin Turbo with burl wood panels in doors, console, top of the dash, around center dash air/stereo... all showing cracks! Does anybody know how to repair or replace these inserts? Can they be repaired? Are the places to find replacements in black? Can they be repaired and painted?

Only flaw in the entire car. Need to figure this out??

Donny

BUMP
Come on guys. somebody has to know something about how to repair or replace all these cracked panels. One suggestion from a restoration (friend) is to glue them together, sand lightly and cover with carbon fiber film. The kit in true CF is about $1500. And then there's the labor if I can't do it properly. Could sure use some experienced suggestions.
Thanks again
