looking for an engine for 996 C4S Tiptronic.

Hello fellow Pelicans.

I have a 996 C4S with a tiptronic and no engine.

What engine is an easiest fit if I want around 400hp?

I really don't want to spend several years working on this car.

Im in UK, although as I see it, the only reasonable way is to order an engine from the US and then install it here. Are those guys decent? Would you trust them a blind build?

Read some on this and would love to do that (as this car is kind of posh), but as I understand there is no way to fit one in a tiptronic car and I really dont want to get stuck with a car in a garage for a year or more. Had plenty of bad experiences with "projects" in my time.

2003. I used to have a 4.0 litre by Gemballa, built from the 3.6l stock engine.
