Question on COA
Hi all,
How do you verify matching numbers when the COA indicates 'information not available' for motor and trans? Thank you

If you post a copy of your COA along with your engine #, the engine number range for your VIN will give you good indication...

If PCA tried to pass that crap off on me, I'd ask for a refund.
Edited...PCNA.....sorry....

What year is it? This could be normal for 70's transmissions, or very interesting for an engine. The Kardex may be of some help.

I called the dealer where my car was originally purchased (changed names, but still in business). They were kind enough to make some phone calls and provide me good details like engine number, etc. free of charge.

Joe Bob-Take a pill. It's more than a spelling error. It's a completely different organization and suggests you don't know what your talking about...Despite your high post count, you might want to show a little class and admit it was a mistake. Our opinion of you as well as the respect you're demanding would probably be higher.
Edit: Mr. Joe Bob has elected to remove two very rude posts and edit another. Thank you Last edited by gsjohnson; 01-24-2014 at 04:57 AM.. |
