Windshield re-seal in South Florida
Hi, love this forum and been soaking up lots of info to use on my '86 911 coupe. Unfortunately, when it rains here in South Florida, my carpet soaks up a lot too. The top left corner of the gasket on my windshield isn't really seated well and I'd like to get it replaced. I've done windshields before on air-cooled VWs, and that's why I would prefer to have someone that knows what they're doing replace it.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area? Thanks! |

I ordered a new OEM gasket from Pelican and took it and the car to a local glass shop to have the gasket replaced. No leaks since. They charged me $100 to replace the gasket.
