Does this sound like IMS failure

Is this IMS failure

After diagnosing I changed all plugs but 4,5,6 were pretty bad, coils are new switched them anyways cleaned MAF, didnt touch camshaft

the car still misfires / stalls makes loud / swiiissh noises etc

will a bad camshaft sensor make such serious noises?

Sounds like a IMS bearing that has a failed cage. Is this a dual row bearing car? 2000 or earlier?

You can hear the spinning when you shut it off. Don't run the car. Tow the car to the shop. Hope the ims shaft hasn't snapped. To me it sounds like the bearing is letting go and it's loose on the race.

Misfires will be caused by you cam chain tensioner failing. Make sure the readings are in spec. Also the primary o2 sensors will cause the car to misfire bad
A bad ims will just create engine noise I believe. I don think it would cause misfires and fouled plugs.

Check for the camshaft deviations too. It should be no more than 6 or 7 I believe. Anything more may be signs of IMS problems.

OK I changed the Camshaft with a after market camshaft of ebay - it looked different i still tried it out - it started a little better then before but still camshaft error code

when I unplugged the Camshaft sensor altogether it wouldnt even start
also the swish / screeching sound is the pulley
I ordered the OEM camshaft to make 100% sure.

Now, lets say the new sensor is OK and i still get the Camshaft error code same bank what would that mean?

I checked with Camshaft deviation 1 using PIWIS usb Cable and it was on 0 crk But I dont see and option for camshaft deviation 2 is that normal??

thanks
