997.2 tts
I upgraded my DD from a Carrera white 2012 991C2S w/7mt to a meteor gray 2012 997.2 Turbo-S last week and already know I made the right decision. The look of the wide body and vents, CL wheels, rear wing with 530hp and launch control are all amazing!! My gas bill is definitely going up. While the 991 is a more sophisticated up-scale GT feeling car, the 997 has the more raw-sports car feeling that keeps your attention...and I like the 997 weighted steering better. The 997 body, interior and handling remind me much more of my 1988 911, than of my ex-991. I think the 997 is just a better 911 than the 991. Of course I have been drunk on 517 lb/ft of torque the last few days.

Glad you're enjoying your 997.2 turbo. Fab motor. Did you consider the 997.1 turbo with the Mezger (Metzger) engine?

I test drove a 997.1, but went with a 997.2 for numerous reasons, including the better engine with direct injection, PDK, faster, better suspension, better interior, DVD and accessories, better looking...the list goes on...
