bumper ID

I friend of mine has recently purchase a 02 twin turbo that has had a bumper installed that is not stock as we understand it. can anyone ID this bumper as I am trying to get a lead on the screen intake parts that are not in place leaving the cooling radiators at risk. tia for any assistance in ID or helping locate the intake screen inserts.
