Advice Needed!

Okay I am considering a 2000 911 Cabriolet. 93k miles, 18k. Offered by a Porsche dealer locally. 3 owners. Looks totally stock. What should I be prepared for repair/maintenance wise? I have always said I would own a 911 and frankly, the boy ain't getting any younger...I am a long time BMW owner so I have a tolerance for maintenance! Any thoughts on what to look for or anticipate would be welcome...

IMS bearing replacement, water pump replacement and oil- coolant intermix. Read up and be well versed for your negotiation. Get a PPI done by a Porsche Indy shop too. It's worth the 2-3 hundred.
