Question Reguarding Running/Fog/Park Lights

I have a 04 Boxster S, went to have it inspected today and the front running lights / fog lights and front park lights won't come on. I replaced bulbs and checked the fuses, they were fine. Is there anything else I can check before being out the hassle and cost of replacing the light switch? Also, not a big deal but might have something to do with it, the drivers side heated seat switch light goes out as soon as its pressed instead of staying on and heating. Thanks.
