Help Identifying Part 2007 997 Turbo (Vac Pump?, Tandem Pump?)

I need some help identifying (and replacing) a part on a 2007 997 Turbo (TWIN). This is on the LEFT side of the engine, I think its the vacuum pump, although i have also read the words tandem pump, but i think they are two different parts). The cover has developed an oil leak.

What is involved in changing it, besides bolting and unbolting and new seals, bolts, etc. Anything special - priming, etc? Can i do it insitu, or must i remove the exhaust, bumper, etc? I'm an experience mechanic, just new to 997!

Thanks in advance =)
