Engine oil overfill leading to smoke, HELP

So 2009 997.1 turbo, oil change at local Porsche mechanic, they claim overfilled by 1/2 quart, lots of smoke from exhaust when they turned it on, they emptied some and went by the electronic gauge until level ok. ran for a long time, but smoke doesn't want to stop. Smoke coming mainly from passengers side exhaust pipe. They disconnected the pipe coming out of the turbos and going into the intercoolers. The one on the driver's side was dripping some oil, not the one on the passengers side. They left pipes disconnected overnight to drain anything. They will clean intercoolers tomorrow and see if that gets rid of the dense smoke. I don't understand how oil got into the intercoolers. Did it flood the cylinders? No engine lights. Any recommendations for what they need to do? Engine been great with 50k miles.

The intake could have oil too. 1/2 qt won't cause this. It would have been several quarts

So, here is an update. Mechanic swears it was about 1-1.5 quarts that didn't drain from the engine (6.5 out, 8 in).

Driver's bank intercooler pipe drained a few drops of oil. Not from the passenger's side. No oil in turbo intake, or engine intake manifold. No oil in exhaust manifold either. They let it run for 45 min till smoke was gone. Car didn't drive right, felt mushy on acceleration. No Check engine light. Started driving better with some shell 93 gas. Stilll not sure it's back to normal. Mechanic recommended I take it to the dealer to diagnose if there is problem. I ran BG44k, didn't make it better, perhaps little worse, now going back to where it was prior with shell 93.

Feels like reduced power in mid range. It's hard to tell for sure as it is plenty powerful and would be hard to tell the difference on regular roads. Again, this is a 2009 turbo cab.

Do you think catalytic converter could be bad by now? Choking the engine? Should I take it to the dealer? It's 2009, should cats still be under warranty? Should i pull out the intercoolers? How do o clean them? Soap, acetone?! Should I put on the dyno to see what that does? Or just take it to the dealer?

Still no engine light 500 miles later (51k miles). Please help.

The over fill should not have hurt the engine. Maybe have the maf cleaned or replaced.
Drive it for awhile. If there is damage to the cats, fouled spark plugs or ? you will get a check engine light. Drive it and enjoy it.

Thank you. You definitely make me feel better. So I was able to record this through an OBD monitor on a short trip (couple of mile). One oxygen sensor seems to be spiking signals all over, not matching the sensor on the other bank. Does anyone know what that means? I guess too rich air/fuel mixture?!
