Advice Needed
I've been thinking of buying a 997 Turbo Coupe with a manual transmission, just wondering if there are any buyer beware's I should know of. I currently have an 04 Boxster S and an 82 930, probably end up selling the 930.
I guess a PPI would be in order as well as a descent service history Any advice would be greatly appreciated |

You're absolutely right, a PPI is a must and should tell you everything you need to know in order to make that decision. How many miles are on the Turbo?

Unless someone really beat them up and thoroughly tracked them; 40-50k in miles is very reasonable and the PPI should pass with flying colors. I've attached a link to our tech articles on the 997 for if and when you may do some DIY work... Post some pics when you decide on one ![]() Porsche 997 Tech Articles -Dmitry |
