Fuse E6 Blown

I'm having the common issue of not being able to fuel up the car. I've already replaced the fuel vent valve, but after doing so have discovered that Fuse E6 is blown. Now that I've tried replacing the fuse it blows again.

I checked for the Redwire with Green Stripe (Telephone) connecting behind the center console near accelerator but that didn't appear to be shorting.

Where else should I be looking to debug further?

I'd hate to have to bring this in if there's a way for me to track down the short and address it.

Thanks
