At rest amp draw
About 2 weeks ago I woke my 99 up from her winter rest , washed and cleaned her, and charged the 3 yr old battery up. Everything worked ok. Yesterday the battery was dead-only 3 or 4 volts, and would not take a charge. So, with new battery installed, and trunk light disconnected, I am seeing from 0.13 to 0.25 dc amps at the battery cable. Is this a normal draw? Thanks for your answer.

You should be at 40-60 milli amps, you are at 130 to 250 milli amps, or 3.25 to 4.2 times too high. You have a parasitic draw somewhere......

Let it sit with the meter for 2+ hours until the trunk light and other not so obvious things time out. Then read it without opening any doors, lids etc.
Any difference in readings between locked and unlocked? See the chart in post 6 of this thread for readings vs time: https://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/43659-battery-drain-an-interesting-one/
