1963 Porsche 356 B Super 90~3Owner~Restored~Documented~Numbers Matching
Dallas Motorsports is pleased to present this 1963 Porsche 356 B Super 90!
Serial Number: 212212 Engine Number: 806836 A 3-Owner car since new, this 356 B Super 90 is a NICE example of a restored air-cooled classic! Pulled out of a "barn" in the mid '80s, where it had been stored for many years. Not too long after, this 356 went through a ground up, no expense spared complete restoration that took over 3 years to complete! Restoration included: a glass out re-spray, new rubber, new glass, new hardware, new carpet, new headliner, new upholstery, and a mechanical restoration. At the time of the restoration, this 356 did not require any rust repair anywhere on the body, maintaining its original floor pans. Originally a Baltic Blue car, it was changed to Guards Red during the restoration, at the preference of the owner. Red has always been a timeless, classic color associated with 356's! This 356 B still maintains its original 6-Volt system. All of the instruments were rebuilt by Hollywood Speedometer, with the exception of the original Bendex AM/FM radio! New tires, chrome wheels, brakes, and a reconditioned suspension including S90 camber anti-sway bar. With boxes full of receipts, invoices, and pictures documenting the restoration, this 356 B Super 90 is without a doubt, a Fully-Documented car! The Matching Numbers Engine and Transmission were rebuilt by Zim's Autotechnik and currently have just over 3,000 miles on them since the refresh! Recent updates include: rebuilt carb's & fuel pump, disc brake conversion, and Wilhoit Short Shifter. 356 Super 90's are considered to be an investment grade car, given their limited production.
