FS: 1981 911sc targa

Upcoming move necessitates sale. This is my mostly daily driver to work, just outside of Houston, Tx. Very reliable and pleasurable car. Bone stock, but PO had upgraded seats and added 930 style tail. I purchased at 190k miles in 2014 per rec of friend/mechanic. I put on 7K miles since.

My maintenance performed:

2014- new brake lines, eng/trans mounts, steering bushing;
2015- new shift linkage bushings & coupler/bushings, fuel filter;
2016- valve adj, new S oil return tube, inspect head studs-good, hydraulic tensioners upgrade, heater hoses replaced;
2017- new O2 sensor, new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ ZRs

Obsessively changed engine oil and gear oil, kept clean and polished. Garage kept. Normal wear for age of car, passenger window and power seat are intermittent, small tblspn sized oil drip for first minute after park, targa rubber seals could use refresh.
