Selling my 1986 Porsche 944 N/A 5 speed manual with ~87,000 km on it - all original

I was told I am second owner, but records indicates probably third. Stored every winter since new, no rust.

Maintenance Records are available until ~2003 at ~35k km, all work done by Dieppe/Halifax Audi/Porsche. Those and the original purchase key tags and Owner's manual are included. Including Blaupunkt Monterey Owner's Manual.

Original Tool set and sunroof bag included.

- Garnet Red Metallic exterior with matching Burgundy Interior
- Factory Leather and Cloth Porsche-scripted Recaro Racing Seats with no tears or stains
- Power Doors/Windows/Heated Mirrors/Sunroof
- Headlight washers
- Original Blaupunkt Monterey Radio/Cassette Player (not sure if cassette player works, but the radio works!)
- Factory alarm - no idea how or if it works
- Cruise Control

Recently New (Previous Owner, Within 3-4 years)):
- Timing Belt and Water Pump look new
- Brakes all around, inc. master cylinder
- Tires were new when I bought it (Pirelli P4s, about 6-8k km on them)

Personally New (Summer 2016, receipts available):
- Clutch replaced
- DME replaced
- Starter replaced
- Reference sensors replaced (plus 2 extras)
- Fluids all changed Spring 2017

Bad things:
- Paint is slightly tired, but it still looks great when clean and waxed (see pictures)
- Rear hatch isn't seated perfectly, it's usually ok in the rain, but I wouldn't suggest taking it through a car wash or anything.
- Rear headliner drooping slightly, not really noticeable from outside, but easily seen in rear view mirror, due to above
- PS headliner drooping slightly by sunroof
- cracks in the dash
- two buttons recessed in centre console and don't work (door locks and volume, maybe? both power locks work with key still.)
- 2 x ~$2000 accidents on CARFAX report in 2000 and 2003
- Recently was backed into while parked, 4-6 inch dent was professionally repaired in DS front quarter panel, quarter panel and front bumper was painted
- Half-inch scuff on rear PS quarter panel, happened very recently, no idea how. Broke through the paint.

Everything else works as it should:
- All gauges work
- Trip and odometre work (plus trip reset button)
- Headlights function completely, high/low/up/down
- Power mirrors work (don't know about heat because I don't know how to turn them on, nor driven it in cold temperatures, DS L/R gears are stripped, but motor spins)
- Radio works, sometimes crackily
- Door locks work (including centre console button, just recessed, looking to fix it now)
- Cruise control works
- Power windows work
- Heat/A/C both work great
- Cabin lights work
- Cigarette lighter works (no smoking, but runs a bluetooth receiver well!)
- Dash Clock and associated buttons work
