Help Identifying 996 Part

[strictly]

Can anyone, identify this 996 part circled in red, its a cover of some sort, plastic/fabric type material, which has a hole in it, and filling the car up with water.

Its the cover above the heater core/matrix, but I cant find the part number on it, and can't find it in the part dagrams.

There is a part number, but its almost impossiable to read...

car is a 1998 996 C4
