Alpine Head unit in 996

My 2000 996 Carrera 4 has an Alpine CDE-SXM145BT unit currently installed. I don't know a darn thing about car audio, but I know only my dash and door speakers work. The rear speaks have just a bit of audio making it thru no matter how I play with the fader control. Originally my car had a 220 unit with the amp up in the frunk.

Anyone have suggestions, ideas, or solution to get all my speakers working and maybe adding a subwoofer?

Brian

Hi Brian - do you still have the amp in the car? Have you checked the wiring to make sure that nothing came loose?
