Newbie question
 

Hey all!

I can get a perfect condition 2003 TT for $2400. The timing belt went, and the engine is crapped out. But the owner doesn't have cash to fix it.

Is that a good deal? Can't I part it out for a profit? Can I get a VW 1.8 for a deal??
