LED running lights on 2011 A4

Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the daytime running lights on when the turn signal is blinking? I can't stand the look of the car when the lights go off for the turn signal. Don't know much about electricity, but is there a relay of some sort I can adjust/change? Thanks in advance.
