need new hoses

1998 audi a6 quattro

I am looking to replace two hoses/vacuum lines... actually to see if they are even worth replacing, not sure what purpose these two serve.

The one lined with red arrows cracked while i was replacing my plug wires.. while i was trying to set it back in place, it snapped in several other locations. seems to be lined with metal which has some rust in it. should i repair it and just let it be or replace it?

second line is very thin, it is the one outlined with blue arrows. This was snapped in a weird location, should i just repair it or replace it?

also, what are these two lines called? i have no idea what im looking at, the first one seems to be going from the 1-2-3 side of intake manifold to the back of the engine bay.

This is a 1998 audi a6 quattro.

a brief history, i was replacing plugs and wires after fixing hydrolocked engine. engine currently ticks and get approximately 14.7 mpg. anyone know what this ticking is from?

Thank you,
Teppei
