2005 A4 1.8 hard to start
 

I have a 2005 A4 that is difficult to start. The first try will just turnover without firing. Then if you turn the key off and try again it will start in 3 or 4 cranks. Then the idle will be slow and a little rough for about 2 seconds.
It. Has a new timing belt, fuel pump, and filter. This stArted shortly after the filter was changed and about the same time the gas gauge started reading 3/4 when the car is full. Thoughts?
