Cannot be DME relay. You can remove this relay and engine will still crank.
(good idea when doing compression test)
Probable cause is either bad starter motor,
no power to starter from ignition switch or
possibly battery/cable problem.
Check the ground strap to engine too, especially if you had a clutch job done recently.
