Cams and ports of course being the determining factor, but a 2.4E gets 165@6200RPM and that's with a CR of 8.0:1, ported 32in and 32out, and really only a 2.34L displacement.
I would think you'd be in atleast the 180HP range because you should have a higher CR and a slightly more aggressive cam not to mention the larger displacement.
