Why 400 hp? At the rear wheels? I would suggest you ride in a 951 with 340-365 @ the rear and make sure that that isn't enough. The transaxle will handle more than 350 only if you are gentle with it and you are also going to need larger injectors to achieve that much hp.
The K27DR from Powerhaus will probably get you close and if you have APE MAF as you say,,they should take software in trade to help with the budget,,,ask for David. Check with Mike or Dave @ Lindsey about the Koklen(sp?) turbo. You would have to change expansion tanks or plug your hole for the turbo water pump because it is oil cooled only, like the 911's, have some internal work done to it. You can get a few extra hp from an intercooler upgrade, may even gain a few from cleaning your old one,,,they do get quite dirty inside after a few years.
