How-to on brake rotor replacement?

Does anyone know of a how-to on replacing the brake rotors (aka discs)?

I found out that my rear rotors have over 120,000 miles on them and have never been replaced!

I have to get a state inspection this month, and I'm afraid that they will fail me with the old rotors.

FYI: I found a how-to on replacing the brake pads, but at this time, I don't need to replace them.

Just for refernce, you should always replace the brake pads when you change rotors. That said, if you send me your email address, i can send you a tech article on how to do this.
