    Hi Jared
Let me begin by telling you that I am no car expert - an enthusiastic novice at best! I recently purchased a Bosch fuel filter from you guys for my 1989 325iC. The entry and exit points of my current BMW filter are both at the top of the cylinder - the fuel entry nozzle has a wider diameter and accomodates a wider fuel line pipe than the fuel exit nozzle which has a narrower fuel line.
My new Bosch filter has fuel entry nozzle at the bottom and exit on the top of the cylinder - not a problem, but both nozzles share the same narrow diameter of the fuel exit nozzle on my original filter. Therefore, the wider fuel in pipe is too wide for the Bosch. Do you think my fuel line may have been modified by a previous owner? Any suggestions welcome.

    Jared,

The 101 Projects forum has seen several odd-looking posts lately, but today it is filling up with spam.

Jared I'm checking with a few knowledgeable sources. My E36 M3 is a track car and no longer runs on public highways. To save weight and possibly a bit of back pressure I want to remove the OEM Cats. I plan to keep the crossover ahead of the cats (where the 02 sensor is located) but am concerned that the loss of heat from the cats may affect the 02 sensor and cause OBD1 codes to magically appear. I use the 02 sensor to adjust the injector timing (as I use 24lb injectors) and I don't want it to quit working. Any history that you are aware of where Cats have been removed and OBD1 issues surfacing as a result?

Jared, I've got an '85 325E that is running on only two cylinder: #1 and #6. I've changed: spark plugs, cables, rotor and cap, coil, computer, and verified that both sensors are working.
What am I missing? Can you shed some light no this.

    Happy Memorial Weekend.
    Thanks
    Dariel

The ABS/DSL lights were on, and the cruise control was not working, so I recently changed a the sensor on the right rear wheel. The Cruise control now works but the lights are still on. I tried resetting with the Peake tool but lights still on. Any suggestions.

Jared, aloha Friday from the Big Island~ I've bought parts from you in the past and just joined this forum and am having trouble figuring out how to post a new thread...sorry...I'm trying to resolve the problem I'm having finding good rain/all-season tires for my '89 325iS...they seem to be getting scarce and I may have to bite it and get some 15" rims....I am lacking in knowledge in what I need as far as offsets etc and what is actually available out there and what my options are. I love my car, daily driver, highways and have +/-300K miles on it (not sure as the odometer gear went at 190K about 4 years ago....) any ideas? Thanks much!
