i have an '89 325 ic. i have a cd changer from a '98 e36, will a head unit form an e36 work in my e30?

Im not sure about the size, but I beleive you will have to cut and splice the wires to get it to work. The E30 has a bizarre common ground wiring setup wth the smallest possible gauge wire, (yeah.. that was a brillant idea) that can cause problems. I'm not sure if the E36 is the same, but this may be a problem. I just tore it all out of my car and ran monster cable front to rear. if you have any specific stereo questions, email me, jared@pelicanparts.com
