Broken Threads on Shock Tower

I made a critical mistake thinking that my torque wrench was set to the proper setting and I found out that I over torqued my bolts on top of the shock mounts. One bolt snapped and the other one won't tighten. How much will this cost to fix? How do I fix it? What part do I buy? I assume that the springs have to be compressed and since the 98 m3 has 56k, then I might as well replace the shocks. Maybe I should buy a spring shock package and upgrade my suspension. Any thoughts as to which package to buy? Any help would be appreciated. I don't want a kidney busting ride, but I would like a bit stiffer suspension than stock.

This is on the front of the car, not the rear. Maybe I am using the wrong words - shock tower. There are three nuts holding the shocks to the body of the car.

Are these the 3 nuts on top throught the engine comp? if so then you can just replace those mounts with out haveing to re-do the suspension.
The center nut (big one) thats the strut. call me if you have any questions on this..
