Plastic Adjustment Nipple
What would be the best way to remove the plastic adjustment nipple on a stock headlight lens for the purpose of putting on headlight trim?

I would say a dremel tool with a small cut off wheel or a sanding drum. since the trim will cover the small area you are taking off i wouldnt worry about scratches. post some pics and how you decide to install.

i know its alot more fun buying BMW parts, dont get me wrong, but maybe, just maybe, we could set aside some of that parts money for a camera. and besides we all would like to see that beautiful piece of machinery again!!!!!

Zeppelin @ the Forum in '73, huh? Was that the same tour that they recorded the Song Remains The Same at MSG? Probably not, I think the Song Remains The Same tour was '74. That'd still be a killer reel though, probably a lot of Zeppelin III stuff. That use to me my favorite album; Gallows Pole, Celebration Day, That's The Way, Friends, man I use to love that LP!
I might have ya beat on the obsolete gadget's though Jared. I still have the Panasonic 'Toot-a-loop' am radio, .........."It's an 'S', it's an 'O', it's a crazy radio". I've got my Mattel Electronics Intellivision and the hand held Football, Football II, & Baseball games from circa 1977. I held off on wearin' the first Who 'farewell tour' concert jersey from 1982, and still have the ticket stubs from the 1979 Zeppelin concert at Chicago Stadium (since been demolished), that never happened because John Bonham died the month previous. I wanna be buried with that crap.
