Unhappy Timing Belt Broken, Damage????

If anyone has experience with a broken timing belt on a 1987 to 1991 BMW 325, how much and what kind of damage can expect to be done to the head when the vavles are bent?

Imagine a piece of hardened steel getting mashed around inside an aluminum cylinder. That is roughly the damage you can expect. At the very least, you will need to replace all the bent valves, if you can salvage the head at all.
