My sons 325i 89 runs great. He goes into a store and back out car starts runs great then he said the guages starting jumping, car bucking, then stalls. few minutes later starts up runs then the same thing. The car does crank great and the battery cables are tight. Any help you can give would be great. Thanx Chris

Jared: Thakx for the help. The code comes up 1444 and that means noting wrong with the system. I will have my son do this when it dies and try again. I am thinking maybe fuel pump or fuel pump relay or a possible bad ing. switch. Chris by the way, where is the fuel relay and the fuel pump?
