idle wander
I'd like to know if anybody out there has solved the idle wandering problem in E30 318i's ('84)and what steps were taken. I do not want to bypass this as I have done it and don't like the cold engine wait around problem. Have replaced control unit to no avail.

Typically, a wandering idle on these cars is a result of a vacuum leak.
