brake problem

correction on the dragging sound that i post last time. it seems like it's comming from the front of the car.. before my car comes to a stop this weird sound ( sound like a spring bouncing and a little bit of draging) before the car stops completely. i checked the bolts on the brakes and it's all tight and secure. what else could be the problem? when applying the brake, before the car comes to a complete stop that weird sound appears then the brake pedal will lift a little bit before the sound goes away and the car completely stops... hope i explained it well
