turn signals

any help on this will be greatly appreciated. I own an '85 318i, and recently the right turn signal started flashing very fast (only the right the left works fine), almost 3 times faster than normal, the next day it blew the fuse, i replaced the fuse, but blew the fuse again withing a few seconds. i replaced the flasher, but the fast blinker is still there, the hazard lights bling at a normal rate. any ideas of what might cause this?

Check your bulbs. You might have one burned out, or almost ready to blow..
