Stock Radio adding an external CD player
I am interested in adding a remote cd (laptop or CD player) to my stock radio/cassette player.
I normally just listen to AM (no cassettes or FM) and some CDs so I wanted to keep the stock radio, mostly for the looks and the weather band. Does anyone know if there is an input to the stock radio to add an external player of some sort? Thanks.

Thats what i'm trying to do witn ny 90 325i but the easiest and cheapesr solution to that is to buy car kit for the cd-man. It comes with cassete which has cord with 8mm connector that plugs straight into cd player, mp3 player or even sound out on your laptop.

i did a little research and that may be the cheapest way. i was told one could put an FM receiver type device and your cd/mp3/laptop would play through it and you would receive it via your FM radio. Cost about 75 bucks.
i just dont listen to music like i used to, so it is not worth it. thanks, i will look into what you mentioned.
